The ideal candidate will take responsibility for overseeing daily site activities, managing trades, and liaising effectively with clients and internal teams to maintain project momentum. This position is forecasted for a minimum of 12 weeks, providing stability and the chance to make a tangible impact on community living standards.
- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor within construction projects
- Strong understanding of social housing refurbishment processes
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and practices
- Excellent organisational and communication abilities
- Relevant certifications (such as CSCS card, First Aid) are desirable
