Our client, a reputable roofing company based in Harlow, Essex, is seeking a skilled Roofer to join their dedicated team. This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of roofing projects, including flat roofing, pitch roofing, guttering, repairs, and mortar work. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality workmanship, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining safety standards on-site. The ideal candidate will be proactive, reliable, and experienced in both flat and pitched roofing, with a strong focus on torch-on felt application. You will need to have a van equipped with a roof rack and ladders to facilitate your daily work. Although a CSCS card is advantageous, it is not essential, allowing for flexibility in experience levels. The role predominantly covers Harlow and surrounding areas within a 15-mile radius, providing a local and community-focused work environment.
- Proven experience as a Roofer, with knowledge of flat and pitched roofing systems
- Own van with roof rack and ladders for work transportation
- Ability to work on torch-on felt, guttering, repairs, and mortar work
- Clean valid driving licence and, ideally, a CSCS card (not essential)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
