- Previous experience as a Painter & Decorator, ideally within social housing or refurbishment projects
- Full PPE including overalls, gloves, and safety footwear
- Own full set of painting tools: brushes, rollers, scuttles, extensions, scrapers, and whites
- Proficiency in painting techniques such as glossing, emulsion, and surface preparation
- Ability to read and interpret specifications and work to deadlines
- Strong work ethic with excellent attention to detail
- Reliable and punctual with a professional attitude
