Project Manager - Mechanical & Electrical (M&E)
We are looking for a skilled Project Manager with experience in Mechanical Construction, M&E, HVAC, and Refrigeration in the Suffolk area , with weekly travel to London and the Southeast.
You’ll lead teams of engineers, oversee HSE standards, foster client relationships, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead M&E projects valued £100K - £2M
- Manage project planning, cost control, and subcontractor coordination
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and project timelines
- Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
What We’re Looking For:
- 10+ years’ experience in M&E project management
- Expertise in HVAC, mechanical installation, and commercial HVAC
- Experience with power generation projects and managing site teams
- Strong leadership and communication skills
Qualifications & Skills:
- Qualified in electrical or mechanical trade discipline (City & Guilds, NVQ Level 2/3)
- HND/HNC in a trade discipline (desirable)
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects
