As the Lead MEP Coordinator, you will oversee the design and implementation of a multidisciplinary, multi-use new build that boasts an impressive MEP value of £25 Million. This opportunity involves managing a dedicated team in the Philippines and ensuring that BIM Level 2 standards are upheld while working with COBie Data. Your experience in Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD will be crucial in delivering this 16-storey residential and 21-storey commercial project to the highest standards.
- Minimum of 5 years of Revit experience, showcasing your advanced skills and expertise in the software.
- Proven experience with Navisworks, demonstrating your ability to coordinate complex projects effectively.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, contributing to a well-rounded skill set for multidisciplinary project work.
- In-depth knowledge of COBie Data, ensuring compliance and efficiency in building information management.
- Understanding and experience with BIM Level 2 standards, essential for maintaining project quality and collaboration.
