- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and coordinate teams effectively.
- Outstanding communication skills for liaising with clients, subcontractors, and project management.
- Ability to identify and solve problems on site proactively.
- Strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- CSCS Gold card holder and valid certifications as required.
